Route Coordinator / Dispatcher
Build and manage daily delivery routes, dispatch drivers, and keep pharmacies and facilities updated from pickup to proof of delivery.
What you’ll do
- Plan efficient daily routes around pickup times and delivery windows
- Dispatch and support contract drivers throughout the day
- Field STAT and will-call requests and slot them into coverage
- Track deliveries and resolve exceptions before they become complaints
- Keep pharmacy and facility contacts informed
What we’re looking for
- 1+ year in dispatch, logistics coordination, or pharmacy operations
- Calm and organized under time pressure
- Comfortable with routing / dispatch software and spreadsheets
- Clear phone and written communication
Pay
$42,000–$50,000 per year, depending on experience.
